“So they will be called oaks of righteousness, The planting of the Lord that He may be glorified.” Isaiah 61:3b. At Grace Kids, we partner with families to help children GROW in a genuine faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Grace Kids begins on Sunday mornings at 9:30 A.M. Children in 5K through Grade 5 will check at 9:30 AM and then join their families for music worship in the main sanctuary. Then they may come to the Grace Grove, where we break off into three different age groups:
Acorns is our Nursery for children 6 months through 2 years of age.
Sprouts is for our Preschoolers, ages 3 and 4.
Saplings is for our Elementary kids beginning in 5K thru grade 2 and grades 3 thru 5.
At our time in the Grace Grove, kids are engaged through music, prayer, Bible reading, games and trivia, object lessons, puppetry, and relational activities; all fostering a place to grow in a love for the Lord, themselves, and others, the way Jesus teaches us to do so.
1st Time Visitors:
If you are bringing your children to Grace Church for the first time, it will be necessary to fill out a registration card to provide us with any special instructions/needs they may have (ex: allergies) and your contact information should the need arise to get you during the service. We have greeters in the Grace Grove that can assist you with this brief process. Once that’s done, your children will only need to check in each week before they head to the main sanctuary for music worship!
Our Grace Grove is a safe, clean, and fun environment. For security purposes, all parents with children in the nursery and preschool areas receive a number that matches their child’s. This number must be presented and returned upon pick up. In addition, our Grace Grove is equipped with a security camera and our teachers are always paired up with assistants to ensure the safety of both our children and those in their care. All Grace Kids teachers and assistants are background checked adults that aim to faithfully present the Bible in age-appropriate, accurate, meaningful, fun, and applicable ways, making them memorable long after their lessons are shared!
