Karen has been attending Grace Church for about five and a half years. She recently joined the MLT (Missional Leadership Team) as Treasurer. Karen is retired but in the past worked at embroidering Military and Yacht flags at Dawn’s Early Light Flags in Brookfield, sold sewing machines at Joann Fabrics and was co-owner of Homestead Heirlooms. She is married to Steve and they live with their dog Izzy! She has two grown sons, one daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren, Evelyn and Theo. For fun, Karen likes sewing, embroidery, quilting, lace making, teaching crafts, beading, gardening, dancing, hiking, basketry, volunteering, and fixing things.
